Your privacy
Help Fluffy uses the information needed to run this site, process your support and provide the optional digital bundle. We do not add advertising trackers, sell visitor data or create a marketing mailing list.
Who to contact
Help Fluffy is operated in Switzerland. [email protected] is our contact for privacy and payment questions. The operator’s details are also in our terms and refunds.
Information we use
We keep payment references, amounts, currency, payment status, refunds, delivery records and the version of terms recorded with an order. A payment reference or private download link can give access to that payment’s status or files: keep it private. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
The current checkout does not ask for a bundle delivery email and sends no automatic bundle email. The payment provider may request your name, email or billing details. If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to reply. Earlier email delivery records may still be retained where needed.
Technical information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and payment diagnostic events, may be processed by the hosting and payment services to deliver pages, prevent fraud, investigate errors and protect the site.
Payments and service providers
SumUp handles card payments and available wallets. If you choose PayPal, PayPal handles that payment. Their secure checkout receives the details needed to process and authenticate it, including any bank verification. Payment code is loaded after you open the donation checkout, rather than when you first view the homepage.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and provides aggregate traffic statistics from requests reaching its network. Our site is hosted on the operator’s server in Switzerland. Payment services, Cloudflare and email services used for support may process data in other countries under their own privacy notices and applicable safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage
- Language: choosing a language saves
fluffy-languagein a cookie for up to one year and in browser storage until you clear it. - Payment recovery:
fluffy-payment-attemptin browser storage remembers the amount, method and reference so an interrupted payment can be checked without starting it again. It is removed after the site handles a completed attempt, replaced by a later attempt, or cleared by you. It has no automatic time limit. - Administration: the
fluffy_adminsession cookie is used only for the administrator’s login and expires after 12 hours. - Payment and protection: SumUp, PayPal, your bank or Cloudflare may use their own cookies or storage when you use checkout or a security check. Their notices explain those services.
No optional audience measurement or advertising cookie is added by this application. You can clear or block storage in your browser; doing so can reset your language, sign you out or interrupt payment recovery. Check a pending payment before clearing its reference. If optional tracking is introduced later, this information and any required choices will be updated before it runs.
How long information is kept
Download links expire 30 days after they are issued. Expiry does not delete the payment record. Order, refund and delivery records are kept for the time needed to fulfil the order, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. Technical logs and backups follow the service’s operational retention; this application does not currently promise an automatic deletion deadline for all records.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion, and object to processing where applicable, by contacting us. Include only the reference needed to identify your request; do not email card details. Legal retention, security or unresolved payment obligations may limit deletion. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the competent authority where you live.
